we will have to set this up with a rental company

and the extra charges and a service fee, on our part ,

will be added to the bill  

50% Deposit will be required and a final count 7 days before function

Guaranteed minimum amount will be charged no matter how many show up

15% gratuity will be added to bill  for buffet and 18% if  table service

 

There may also be a charge for chef to be present at function ,

if this is not a drop off. The hourly charge for this is $15.00 per hour

or a minimum charge of $50.00
